The city of North Bay Village attracted celebrities like Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Dean Martin who owned a night club in North Bay Village in the late 70s. Many luxury high-rise condos were built since the year 2000. This created a perfect blend of modern luxury condominiums and beautiful MIMO buildings and homes (Miami Modern Architecture) dating back to the 1950s.
